WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I purchase the same 2000 insulated bags twice due to erroneous measurements in their first order. In an endeavor to prevent a recurrence, I mailed the seller with samples for the second order, explicitly detailing the correct measurements and stressing the importance of accuracy. Despite my proactive stance in seeking updates on production progress, I found myself incessantly pursuing follow-ups. However, upon receipt of the bags yesterday, I was dismayed to find them in the incorrect size, unusable, with malfunctioning zippers. This outcome starkly contrasts the assurances provided. I communicated my disappointment to the seller to sought a resolution, I was met with delayed response, and the seller asked me to pay for 3rd time! ridiculous and they take no responsibility. see image of the actual product I received : cannot close, zip; zipper broke off easily.
