Dear customer, We understand your feeling. BUT Please objectively review the process you confirm the bag size for the bags.The bag size is correct without any doubt, no matter for size of the first batch of bag or the second, because they were all provided and confirmed by you! For the first batch, you provided that and confirmed that, but size's wrong, it's too small. Then second batch, you calculated again and provided to us ,wrong again, a bit small.. It's correct that we tested the bag size with your sample for the second batch, and offered you bag size recommendations. BUT BUT BUT the final bag size for the bag was CHECKED, PROVIDED and CONFIRMED by you on 3rd April in an email you sent to us! What's more, we discussed the solution the same day when we received your message for the issues. We just can't agree to remake the bags for free when problems not caused by our side, then you just keeping say such unfair and hurting words!
